Different roles per Service Type

Hey folks! I was wondering there's any way we can for a service type, change what roles are needed. e.g they're some service types where we might not need all the roles on the tech team but these empty roles still show up pending.

I totally agree! I asked this when I first started using this program years ago! I wish they would update that! I hate having all the other roles that are not need for other services!

I agree. Please add this to the planning app.
