Sandwiching slides from one song into another temporarily.

Im not sure is this is a question or a suggestion but is there a way to temporarily sandwich a slide from one song into another. Ocasionally our worship group will play a song, use the chorus from another song then go back to the previous song. What do you think is the best way of doing this as seamless as possible?

The most seamless will be to create three separate cues with the lyrics arranged in the correct order. If you're limited to 15 cues, you could also create a new version of the song with the added chorus.
