Remote Control Presenter issues

I'm having issues with remote control of Presenter from my phone to my laptop. Presenter keeps dropping offline and so I lose the connection. The only way to get it back is to restart which I can't do midway through a service. It happens even when I have strong signal and a good internet connection. Anyone else have this problem?

Is the laptop running Windows? If so and you haven't already, you can try going to device manager and turning off hardware offloads for your network card. It helped at my church, it's about 99% better. It went from once or twice in a service to once or twice a month
