Assign People to Schedule Items

It would be helpful if you could assign people to items in your schedule in which they are involved.

Can you not add their roles in 'people'? I have assigned peoples roles they do in church there. - unless I misunderstood your request.

Yes, but you can’t assign for example Jeff for Testimony 1 and Kevin for Testimony 2.
You have to write it in the description.

Ahh, I think I understand like 'one-off roles'? - sub roles within the service. I suppose unless you have it everyweek it might be difficult to factor in, makes it quite detailed. But I know what you mean, being able to use Planning to email/message everybody involved in the service.
