24h Time Format

It would be nice to have the option to set the time format to 24hr

The "COMPLETED" tag on this feature request implies that we can use 24hour time format with the WorshipTools. But I've looked many times to make this change (I don't know why it doesn't just follow my system settings) but I have been unable to change to 24h time format. Just like I have not been able to change to any other date format. The American date format is foreign (literally) to anyone outside the US. Please let us utilize the date and time formats we understand and prefer!
NOTE: Why doesn't Worship Tools simple default to the existing System date and time formats???
