We run our announcement loop each week as a video while people are entering the sanctuary. I would like to also feed this out to my livestream. It would be nice if we could set this as our foreground instead of background.
I'm aware that I can set the livestream screen to "show background when there is no foreground" but I generally only want this before and after service, not during. We usually just have our series graphic on the screen as the pastor is preaching. I'm trying to make this as easy as possible for my volunteers and this feature, or even the ability to override it somehow, would be amazing.

You can create a Slides presentation, then add your video on a slide. Then attach that Slides presentation as the foreground to a cue.
