When we add a video, it plays ok, but if we try again a few minutes later the video seems to be corrupted and plays with green blocks all over it. Last week we test ran a video 3x before service and it played fine, but when service came it was corrupted and quite embarrassing.
Since then, any video we add gets corrupted

Forgot to say, we're on the latest version. When we were on the 2019 version we didn't have this issue.

If all videos are playing this way, it's probably not a corrupted file. Try disabling hardware acceleration under Settings > Screen Configuration > GPU Hardware Acceleration.
