I connected to my group worship set, and while some others could view the music charts, all I got was the message “No song attachments available” on every slide. Nothing I tried would work so I could view the music...why is this happening?

What songs were you using? Did you have your SongSelect account connected? If not, did you upload PDFs of the songs?

I had this same problem. All our Apple tablets showed the music just fine, but my 3 android tablets would not show the some of the music. “No song attachments available” was displayed on these slides. I was able to fix this by deleting the Music Stand App, and then reinstalling it and logging back in. All was back to normal after that.

Dan, if you're still seeing this problem, please email us a screenshot of some of your ChordPro for the songs that are not loading. This is most likely a formatting issue in your ChordPro.
