Showing Internet Pages

July 18, 2019
What's the best way to show an internet page? We have just started using kahoot! at the beginning of our service and I'm trying to figure out the best way of showing it. If WE can do it, do you recommend just dragging the web page to the extended desktop (projector screen)?

Yes, Worship Extreme can show web pages. Choose "Web Page" as the cue background.

Great! Can I also interact with the web page? Like click buttons and be redirected to different URLs?

You should be able to interact, but that can depend on the web page. Make sure to test before your event/service.

To follow up on this, the web page I want to use is the CCLi Lyric Video. I can get it to work, however, with the webpage showing only on the screen, the cursor is small and challenging to interact with- also very clunky. Is there a way to have it show on the computer screen to interact with?

A recommendation would be adding a second monitor in addition to your projector. With this setup, you can keep the video output on the projector for the congregation while using the extra monitor as your dedicated operator screen. This gives you a normal‑sized cursor and full control without interfering with what the audience sees.

You can set this up by enabling extended display mode in Windows (Windows + P > Extend) and then assigning the projector as the output display in Presenter, while keeping your second monitor as your workspace.

Thank you. That would work interim. It’s clunky as the congregation can see you doing the ‘clicking’. Might work interim.
