USB Remote click moves to next cue item not to next slide

We use the "Knorvay N76" USB remote to control our presentations. However when we use it in Worship Extreme to click through, it moves it to the next item on the Cue List rather than the next slide in a song or presentation.
When I click the right arrow on my keyboard, it functions as desired. It goes through all the slides of one cue item before moving to the next cue item. However with the USB remote, each click moves the presentation to the first slide of the next cue.
Is there a way to fix this issue?

Program/set your clicker to use the right arrow, Space bar or Page down key event instead of up/down arrow. The up/down arrows will change cues.
