Right now, it appears that the only way for a quick scripture to be displayed using a looped video background is to set the default setting of a video background in Settings. However this also defaults any solo videos (i.e not background) added in a cue to loop. My suggestion is to add a check box in the scripture section to loop the background...or add to the scripture settings a way to default loop the background.
