Skip Slides

It would be beneficial to be able to skip worship extreme slides or powerpoint slides. Other presentation products allow one to right-click a slide and select a skip or similar option, which grays out a slide, and doesn't allow you to present it. 

You can setup a slide order when presenting song lyrics.  You can then add and remove from the order in the cue view.  You'll see "Add Slide" in the top right and see an "X" in the corner of each slide.  You can also drag and drop slides around to adjust the order.
