Using the annotation function of Music Stand, are the notes visible only to the person making the notes or are they shared with everyone on the account?
As a worship leader I often want to include notes on dynamics etc on the chord sheets as I distribute it to the band, but musicians may also want to make their own personal notes for them alone. Is it currently possible to make some notes visible to only the individual, but also some notes visible to the full team? Or would this function be considered?

Annotations are unique per user. To set notes for all musicians, use "song notes". You can edit these in the same place where you edit the set list.
Musicians can tap once on a song sheet to reveal notes.
