Please update the system to include three dropdown menus: Service Types, Groups, and Scheduling. Service Types to remain the same. The current Unavailable Dates feature should be updated to Groups. A new dropdown menu called Scheduling should be designed with check boxes for Unavailable Dates, Accepted, Declines, and Pending Requests. That way, ministry leaders can view who is available, has already accepted or declined a request, and who is pending. This will help those who are in charge of scheduling a team.
