Can't access Planning info and Can't reach support

I am unable to get to my planning info. When I go there it ask me to create a church. This happened after I got the message that Loop Community and Worshiptools would be using the same password. I couldn't access either one. So I reset my password for worshiptools and now I can't get to my planning info. I can get to my Loop Community data. Thankfully. When I click on the support link it takes me nowhere.

Update: I am able to reach support using Chrome. Apparently some feature on Microsoft Edge is blocking it.
