No support links work on website - how do I contact support by email/form?

contact support links on website do not work. I need support to delete my account. I can't find a place to do that anywhere, My name is connected to an organization I'm no longer a part of and want it removed from my account but I can't remove the organization from my account - so I need to delete and create a new account. Thanks.

It would be helpful if you listed what links you've tried; there are multiple ways to contact support. Probably the simplest is to email [email protected]. Or you can click on Support at the top of the page and choose Contact Support. Though you can delete your account yourself by clicking on Account at the top of the page. Hmm, on both pages, clicking the link brings up a pop-up form to email support. I can't go any further since I don't actually want to email them. I am using a Windows 10 computer; a phone might do something different. And your browser might be somehow blocking the pop-up. Directly emailing them at [email protected] should work. Though as I think about it, you might do better to ask support to remove the connection with the previous organization. They can probably do that, and it would be less drastic than deleting your account.

I just tried one of the pages on a phone (Android 14), and it did essentially the same thing. Make sure that your browser has JavaScript enabled; it looks to me like the pages use JavaScript to display the email form.
