Uploaded Cloud Bibles Unavailable

We’ve lost access to the original XML file of our Bible, but the Bible is still uploaded and available on Presenter Cloud.

We now want to get the Bible into the new Presenter. The new Presenter doesn’t allow us to download the Bible, while the old Presenter stores Bibles as JSON not XML.

From what I’ve found, the new Presenter seems to store Bibles in a new folder. Does anyone know where this folder is located?

Also, does the new Presenter still use JSON for storing Bibles? If so, we could simply take the existing JSON file from the old Presenter and place it in the new Presenter’s folder. It would save us from having to recreate the Bible from the JSON.

Does anyone know where the new Presenter stores its Bible files and whether the JSON format is still being used?

To download cloud XML Bibles, go to Settings > Bibles, scroll down to "Imported Bibles".

We found out that the problem was that presenter changed the names of the bible from their original name and 4 of them were named the same. We thought it showed one 4 times. But they were indeed different just named the same somehow.
