Split PowerPoint Presentations

It would be good to be able to split PowerPoint presentations, or add them multiple times to a service order with the ability to delete some of the slides so that if you have PowerPoint slides at different points in the service with, say, lyrics between, you can have the relevant slides at the relevant point in the side bar running order.

Currently when you import a Point as Media and add it to the service order, you have to have the whole PowerPoint in one place. That means if you want Powerpoint some slides early in the service and some later, with things in between, you either have to break the left-sidebar service order and return to the same PowerPoint (which means it no longer acts as an obvious running order and confuses some volunteers), or create and import several short Powerpoint presentations, which is frankly just a unnecessary faff. Importing one PowerPoint, but being able to use only some slides at any given point of the service would be great.

I realize you can make slides in Presenter, but it is not as quick or easy and we want to use presenter to speed prep up, not slow things down.

When you import a PowerPoint into WorshipTools Presenter it’s treated as a single media item, so you can’t split it up or insert only selected slides at different points in the service order. The current workaround is to either create multiple smaller PowerPoint files or rebuild the needed slides directly in Presenter.
