Managing teams/ministries that are not related to a service?

Hi there,

I am currently exploring WorshipTools and looks very promising in many ways. However one question that arose was:

Is is possible to manage teams/ministries that are not related to services?

For example church cleaning / maintenance team. If we would like to schedule volunteers for that - usually cleaning doesn't happen during a service and is not relaxed to a service, but happens on other days during the week. Is there a way to do it? (An idea would be creating a service type for that mindestens if task but that doesnt seem right to me - also since available roles are not selectable per service type we then would have every role in every service?)

Anything I overlooked? Or how are othera handling that.
