Early Adopter Update - how do you know what's changed?

As a new user I've signed up as an early adopter for updates...and just downloaded/installed the latest update...but is there a change log or something somewhere to let me know what's been included in the update? Otherwise I don't know if there is a new feature or simply some bugs squashed?
