Better font handling across operating systems

In my church we have a range of systems at home (windows/ mac/ linux) that we use to set up services in advance, but we run in to issues with fonts. I understand there are licensing issues at play here, but a nice feature to have would be to highlight which fonts are available on the presentation p.c. or have an option to limit the available fonts to fonts that can be downloaded, say from https://fonts.google.com/

Another issue is that my pastor can import a power point file on his mac mini, and the fonts will be fine, but but on his mac book, or on our presentation pc the fonts don't display properly.

Presenter draws fonts from the computer, so whatever fonts are installed on the computer will be available in Presenter. As you noted, different computers might have different fonts installed. You'll need to make sure you're using fonts that are installed across all computers for consistency.
