Columns Not Updating

I did some testing, by removing Birthday and Anniversary, then creating a couple of custom fields, since my church only provides the month and day, but not the year.

When I go to edit or add a new person, the birthday and anniversary fields are still present, and my new custom fields, no matter where I order them, always appears at the bottom of the form.

Actually removing the field when removed, and ordering as set, would be nice.
