Auto Blank Slide at End of Song/Scripture

Add an option similar to the "Add blank slide when presenting song lyrics or scripture", but this option adds the blank slide to the END of the lyrics/scripture instead of at the start.

Also - split it by Scripture/Lyrics. We already control blanks with Lyrics custom ordering - Having a an option for Scripture title slide (like Lyrics) and a blank at the end would be amazing!
