It has been inconvenient for us that we can't print out documents with pictures of the slides. Will this ever be an option? We are currently having to also create a powerpoint which makes for more work. We have tried this in the planning feature but it is not convenient. (We currently print out slides in PowerPoint with 1 slide and notes per page for pastors and 3 slides per page for the tech team.)

We are doing the same thing. Also, would be nice to have notes that print along with the slides, like power point.

Agreed, it would be nice to be able to print scripture readings, prayers, and order of service. They print in the notes, but I don't want to have to copy everything to notes in Planning. Right now it is great using WT for creating presentations as it has reduced copying and pasting etc. but we still have to do it to create the leader guide. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It would be really helpful to print the scripture. We have downloaded the NIV-UK bible, but just about every NIV you pick up seems to have slightly different words. We'd like to be able to print the scripture from our downloaded bible so the reader can read from the lectern.

While you can't print the individual slides that include specific scriptures, you can print the entire service. To print services, open the desired service and locate the printer icon underneath the service name/date.

You can also use these print options to download and save the s as a PDF on your computer. This can be done on the Print settings after your click Print or Print without lyrics buttons. (The steps to save as PDF will vary depending on your machine's operating system.)

You can also use these print options to download and save the service as a PDF on your computer.

Thanks but (at least on a Mac) I get the bible verses (eg Genesis 1:1-1:20) in the service summary but no scripture in the following slides, it's all song lyrics. Same when I print to PDF.

I'm using Presenter 2025.1.1 on a MacBook Air M2 with MacOS 15.5.
