Ability to copy and paste (or duplicate) service items across services

It's what the title says, really.

Sometimes we have service types that are really similar to one another, and we have to strategize about which service "template" to copy over that would minimize the amount of work to customize them. If we could just duplicate service items among services, this would be so much easier to do.

Similarly, sometimes we create services that are, in practice, amalgamations of other services. If we could just duplicate service items, we could choose items from whichever service "template" we have and put together the new service that way.
