Ability to Turn off Messaging function.

Would love the ability to turn off/on the Messages section for users as an Organization Admin in Planning.

Some of our volunteers are youth (under 18yo). As part of our safeguarding policies we cannot allow messaging features for them. Currently they cannot have accounts with WorshipTools because of this. Therefore youth cannot be scheduled on rotas through the Planning app. This is particularly problematic for rotas where there is a mixture of adult and youth, because you can't tell if a gap in the rota is genuinely a gap, or one filled by a youth who cannot have an account.
Having the ability to disable the messaging feature either for selected users, or at an organisation level, would solve the problem for us.
