The past few months when I've tried to pull in a YouTube video to a service (using my home computer) I get a message: "Sign in to confirm you're not a bot." I've already logged into YouTube and Presenter so I don't know what else I need to log into. What's weird is that when I am on our computer at church the video pulls in just fine. Has anyone else experienced this or know what I need to do to fix it?

Hello Penny,
This is caused by recent changes made by YouTube are causing this issue, and at the moment there isn’t a fix available on the WorshipTools side.

Penny,
Because of all of the online youtube quirks I've just made it our policy to download all youtube videos (and any other video hosting platform) and play them from dowloaded clips. It's more work but eliminates any issues with getting to youtube during our services. There are several youtube downloaders available for this, as well as the ability to record your screen to an MP4 file. I have a video editor that allows me to edit out the screen grab mouse movements, adverts at the end of a clip, etc.
