Stage Display Configuration

Please consider the following features/improvements to Stage Display
1) Copy alignment of "Main Display" (If lyrics are centered, center stage display. If Bible is left justified, then stage display is left justified). Interestingly, the Presentation app makes everything left justified, whereas the internal stage display is always centered.
2) Include more aspect ratios to match Main output ratio; in our case, 16:10. But it seems that whatever options are listed under "Main Display Output" should be available for Stage Display.
3) Allow the option of showing the green boundary outline
4) Allow the option to bring back "removed" items (currently it just seems you have to RESET the configuration and start from scratch)
5) Slides should include the option of showing the background on the Stage Display.
6) Include "Template" options for Stage Display (quick access to the configuration you'd like).
7) Allow mirroring the "Main Display" - this is an option when adding a "Windowed" Screen. It seems like it would be easy to include "Main Display" as an option to toggle for "Stage Display".

I'd like to note that if a Slide has black text, the current configuration doesn't show the words on the screen... because it's black on black. That's why it's important to show the background on Slides.
