item stored in cloud, on pc or on removable device

I dragged and dropped a media photo from my usb stick, into my presentation
removed my usb stick
when it came time to present the item was there but the media did not show
later i found it was looking for it locally from the usb stick
I had no way of knowing which was imported to media first, and the added to my presentation and which was being added from local

i still dont really know where i can drag and drop to and what it does.
Am i supposed to drag and drop to the media spot then add it to my presentation,
OR am i supposed to use import button select my item , then add it to my presentation
OR can i drag and drop it to my presentation and it me added to the media spot, as well as my presentation?

You must add media to your Media Library in order to include that media in your services.
To import media, click "import" on the Media Library page and select the desired media from your file explorer. Alternatively, you can drag and drop it from file explorer into the Media Library. Once the media is in your library, you can add it to services.

The local media file cannot be deleted. We recommend keeping a folder on the computer with all your Presenter media in it. If you are using a USB stick, move or copy the media to the local computer, and import it to Presenter from the local computer.
