Double music sheet appears in presenter

I use music stand and presenter for my church and sometimes my musicians uses two different keys in music stand, but it show up twice in presenter. And if I delete it from presenter it deletes it from music stand. Is there a way to not have one version to not show on presenter? We’ve even thought about getting a different account for musicians just so we don’t keep running into this problem.

The easiest solution is to have your musicians use the Capo function to change the key of their own charts. The Key function affects the entire team, but the Capo function is per individual.

The other solution is to go into Planning and hide the duplicates from Presenter.
