It would be nice to give volunteers the possibility of requesting a schedule swap within the app with those who are capable of fulfilling their position(s). That way, volunteers can swap schedules with each other, without having to reach out to a team leader. Maybe adding the ability to approve a swap request for churches that need that assurance of knowing who’s on team.
