Show background when there’s no foreground (#BETA)

Doing some testing on the new #beta and tried setting up our stream feed but can’t find a way to replicate the ‘show background when there’s no foreground’ option.
We use this at the moment to have some slides which pass through to the stream (by having no foreground) and then have duplicates with a transparent foreground which don’t.

This enables us to effectively run the service without needing to change the setup on the ATEM (as we only use one PTZ camera).
Can this still be done on the new beta?

Any update on when we might expect this, as the 2026 version is now out of beta and this feature is still missing preventing us from moving from the legacy version to the 2026 version?

Thanks for reaching out! This functionality is available in the current version of Presenter through the Screen settings.

To enable this functionality, setup a new Screen as an Audience Output, then set ensure the "Hide slide contents" option is off and the "Hide background media" option is enabled. This will mirror the previous behavior of "Show background when there's no foreround".
