Please can you add a toolbar button that splits a slide in the way that the shortcut "alt + enter" does. This would make it more usable for my volunteers.
Also may I point out that other software such as Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer and EasyWorship use the shortcut "crtl + enter" to insert a page break / slide break. Perhaps this shortcut could be added in addition to "alt + enter" so that Presenter follows convention making it more "user friendly".
