Planning App not loading

My planning app is not loading for iPhone13. It just spins with progress bar. I deleted and app and reinstalled it. Also, restarted my phone. Desktop version works and my Charts app is working. Anyone else have this issue? What else should I try? I didn't know if this was a hangover from the big IT outage. Thanks

Yes I have the same issue with iPhone 14! It seems to be a bug related to the latest IT outage indeed. I did exactly what you did (I even reinstalled the Charts app that is currently working) but no success.

There was an issue with the Planning mobile app that was resolved on Saturday morning. It was unrelated to the global cloud outage. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know if you have any questions.
