Planning Center Services Integration in Presenter 2026 Beta

I'm testing the new Presenter 2026 Beta and can't seem to find the option to import my service flow from Planning Center Services.

Has this feature been moved to a different location, or is the Planning Center Services integration not yet available in the beta? If it's planned, is there an estimated timeline for when it will be added?

Hello Berkeley, importing Planning Center Services has been removed in the beta, however you can still access this feature in the Legacy version of Presenter.

This is under consideration, but as of right now we do not have any plans on bringing back the Planning Center integration feature in the public release.

Thanks again for your reply. Will the published version of Presenter have a way to create Service Flow Templates for weekly workflow for your customers who use Planning Center Services for creating and managing their Service Order?

Not a major stopping point here, but as mentioned above, having this integration between Planning Center and WorshipTools would be a true blessing. Because my church uses Planning Center for more that just worship service planning, we are not able to move away from it right now. However, being able to create our worship set in Planning Center and that syncing into Worship Tools would be an awesome way to bridge that gap, without having to build setlists in both Planning Center and Worship Tools Planning app. I understand that the end goal from a program perspective would be everything in the Worship Tools environment, but for those of us who can't move away from Planning Cenbter right now, this would be a fantastic alternative.

I would add that the lack of integration in Presenter 2026 with PCO is a game changer for us. In all honesty we will likely move away from worship tools to another option that does include integration even if it costs more as the time saving will still make it a more efficient option for us. We’re planning to continue to use Presenter 2025 for as long as it works in our ecosystem but are currently exploring other options.

I am in agreement with Fiona. If there is no integration, then we will need to consider options. Can you confirm that there are no plans in the future to incorporate Planning Center in the future with Presenter? Our subscription services for our churches will need to be renewed soon and we need time to consider another application if this is the case. Any suggestions as to a Worship Tools replacement which has similar integration?
