Where did my music go

my music charts are not showing up in my charts, this is the error message

an error occurred when downloading content

This is most likely a problem to do with your ChordPro renderer. To correct this issue, I recommend switch your ChordPro® renderer to Version 2. This should solve the display error when loading a ChordPro® format into Charts.

To do so, navigate to your Charts settings, and then under "Interface", you will have the option to switch from Version 1 to Version 2.
