Remote Presenter App can't find computer but signed into correct accounts

Good day!
I was signed into the correct WorshipTools Account and had Presenter running on the laptop with a Service loaded.
I tried to connect with the Presenter Remote App and signed into the same Account, but kept getting 'no computer found, no presenter found' etc.
The issue was that on my laptop I had upgraded to the Pro Plan but until I signed out and back in again the system still thought I was on the Free Plan.
The second I logged back in, the Remote App showed my Service on the laptop Presenter.

I hope this saves someone loads of time in the future!
