Screen Settings Error - No Support for Live Product

Why are you refusing to support the current version of Presenter?

We encountered an error with a screen configuration where the "Use Solid Background Color" option no longer functioned. I was told in a support ticket that there would be no more updates or support for the so-called "legacy" version of Presenter and had to upgrade to the "Beta" version. If the "Beta" is now the "Stable" then stop calling it a Beta.

Why must the new version replace the older version on install? It imports NONE of the settings, NONE of the media library, templates, or song orders. Allow users to install the "Beta" alongside the "Legacy" to allow us time to reconfigure and setup. It's not an easy process to reimport every media file, reset every template, rework every song order, and recreate every slide. There are several new workflows that have to be learned. The interface is significantly different.
