Link to Vimeo not working consistently

I'm am trying to run a video through a link to Vimeo. The link is https://vimeo.com/1146036357/e73745b002. After adding all that shows up in the video title is 1146036357 and the video doesn't run. Just says on the main screen "Sorry We're Having a Little Trouble".

I added another one with no problem. https://vimeo.com/1146037013/b6fcb57734. This one loads and runs just fine.

Any takers?
