How do I remove the XML from the bible reference?

I've been added the XML version of the bible to out WorshipTools. The only issue is when I have the reference, it comes as up as "AMPXML" which is obviously not what I want. I want it just to say AMP. I tried changing the file name before importing, but no luck.
Any ideas on how I fix this issue? Thanks!

Remove the file from Presenter, rename the local file and remove "XML" from the file name, then reimport into Presenter

This doesn't work

On a mac, you will need to not rename the file, but instead follow this workflow: Right Click on File >> Click "Get Info" >> Look for the heading "Name & Extension" >> Remove the .xml in that field and make sure "hide extension" is still clicked.

Note, this will change the file kind to a "document." However, upload that file to Worship Tools and it should work the way you are hoping.
