Chord Sheet Edits Not Viewable but techs who Are Operating WorshipTools via Windows-based PC/Laptop

Is it not possible to view edited chord sheets via CHARTS app on Window based laptop? As the worship leader when I make arrangement annotations, my media tech cannot see them via his laptop, either through Presenter or Charts.
