I added a New Person on Planning, I mean a new name, new email, but after I saved it, the new name it's changed for another existent name.

If the user that matches that email address already has a Worship Extreme login, the name they set will be used.

The user him/herself can change their name by going to their Profile (either from the Dashboard or the menu in the top right corner)

I’m having the same issue. When we had the free version I could only add a select amount of people. One of the band members used his wife’s email to log in now we have Pro account so I deleted him and reinstalled him with a new email then added her with her email. It keeps changing her name to his name and I can’t change it. I’ve deleted and re-added then several times to no prevail.

The user will need to update their own name after they log in under the Planning profile.
