Allow formatting slide templates to select colors for individual slides (not the entire song)

We are familiar with setting and using slide templates for our lyrics. What is needed, is the option to select other formatting options for possibly one slide within a song. For all solos, we use a different color text so that the choir knows not to sing. However, we cannot select any options when using a template. Why is there such a restriction? The template is basically used to standardize the font size throughout the entire song. We should be able to edit individual slides as needed. Otherwise, we have to select None and then choose the font size for each slide. Some songs have many slides and this can be challenging.

Also, it would be helpful if the color option was more realistic and useful. Maybe a standard wheel or just a group of primary colors that can be chosen.
