transparent song backgroud

Can a song template be set up so the backgroud is transparent to a certain level

WorshipTools does not currently support setting a song template background to be transparent at a specific level. Backgrounds can be applied or inherited, but transparency adjustments are only available when editing slides, not within song templates themselves.
