Auto-reporting not working

I am sure that I have correctly set up the CCL auto-reporting connection in Presenter. I have logged into the connection with my login that I use to on the CCL website. However no songs are being reported, and there is nothing listed in the song usage report. How do I fix this?

Reporting is submitted based on the CCLI Song ID Number. Songs that do not have the CCLI Song Number field filled out will not be able to be reported. This field can be found in Planning > Songs when you open up a specific song and click "Edit."

Songs that are imported from SongSelect will have this field auto-filled. For manually entered songs, you will need to find the ID # from the SongSelect website and paste it into the field mentioned above.
