Why isn't presenter a simple drag and drop? Does everything have to be uploaded?

Hi Perry, you should be able to drag and drop items from your local desktop to the Presenter Media Library, as long as the files are compatible (i.e. PNG will work, but GIF will not).

As for things being uploaded to the Worship Extreme cloud, the default setting is set to always upload, but you can turn this off. Go to Settings, scroll down to Media Defaults, uncheck the box for "Upload media to WE cloud..." and save your changes. By turning this off, you can manually control what gets uploaded to the cloud.
