Dashboard: See upcoming birthdays & anniversaries

Would it be possible to see upcoming birthdays and anniversaries for the next 7 days on the Dashboard.

It would also be great if we could maybe see the upcoming birthdays for next week or at least a filter that allows for filtering dates on the day and month while ignoring the year.

Being able to see upcoming Birthdays will be extremely usefull. Also, if we could have different formats for the dates. Here in South Africa we use DD/MM/YYYY
