Dashboard: See upcoming birthdays & anniversaries

Would it be possible to see upcoming birthdays and anniversaries for the next 7 days on the Dashboard.

It would also be great if we could maybe see the upcoming birthdays for next week or at least a filter that allows for filtering dates on the day and month while ignoring the year.
