Number of simultaneous accesses on Charts

Hello, we've started with Presenter and we're now moving on to Charts. Can we use both at the same time? We're aware we can only have one person at a time using Presenter. If we want our musicians to be on Charts can we have them logged in and playing from the music in Charts, will that remove the person doing the slides from Presenter? Thank you!

You can use Presenter and Charts at the same time. Musicians logged into Charts will not remove or interfere with the person running Presenter. The one-user-at-a-time limitation applies only to Presenter sessions, not to Charts.

Multiple users can access Charts simultaneously without affecting the Presenter operator. This setup is exactly how WorshipTools is designed to work: Presenter handles the slides for the congregation, while Charts equips your band with the music they need.
Any updates you make to your set list in WorshipTools will sync across both apps, so the slides operator and musicians are always working from the same plan.
