Add Ability to set a reoccurring schedule for Unavailable Dates

We are just in the process of switching to using Worship Tools.
We have users who need to set a schedule to their Unavailable Dates. Something like the ability to set that they are Unavailable on a given Sunday and every other week after that.
This is something that they currently are able to do in our current software. Currently in Worship Tools they would have to set this one date at a time.
