No internet, air gapped PC, to install, configure, and load Presenter service?

Our worship presentation PC has NO INTERNET. It is totally air-gapped.
Can I
install Presenter,
configure it, and
load a presentation from flash drive
given I'm unlikely to pack up an old desktop, take it home, and get all this installed and configured. Much easier to just keep using PowerPoint.

Hi Chris, you'll need Internet to download the program and log in. After that, you will be able to use it completely offline. We would recommend trying to connect to a mobile hotspot for that initial setup.
